Items purchased on Fioreluna are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer returns unless the item is defective. We do, however, offer exchanges for apparel sizing issues. If something you received is defective, please contact us here with a picture of the damaged item. Please note returns/exchange can take 15 days.
